Indication of Use

FotoDent® denture is a methacrylatebased material for DLP systems with 385nmLED for production of denture base.

Light-Curing Resin: Specifically formulated for the production of dental denture bases using light curing technology.
Color Options: Available in pink transparent and pink opaque to closely resemble natural gum tissue.
High Mechanical Strength: Features a flexural modulus greater than 2000 MPa and a flexural strength over 80 MPa, providing robust durability.
Optimized Curing Time: Requires a post-curing time of 12 minutes at 80% light power under nitrogen conditions, ensuring a quick and efficient curing process.
Versatile Material Composition: Composed of methacrylates, urethanacrylates, initiators, pigments, and fumed silica for optimal performance and aesthetics.
Hardness: Exhibits a hardness level exceeding 80 Shore D, indicative of its ability to withstand wear and tear.
