XABO® is an antibiotic-impregnated catheter used in the treatment of hydrocephalus. It releases antibiotics continuously for at least 38 days to prevent shunt infections, one of the most serious complications post-implantation. The catheter is available with various MIETHKE valves for enhanced customization and functionality.
