Indication of Use

This plate is primarily indicated for treating proximal humeral fractures, including those involving rotator cuff injuries. It facilitates accurate reconstruction of the shoulder joint while minimizing risks to surrounding soft tissues and blood supply.

Advantages

  • Angle-Stability: Equipped with angle-stable holes for 6.0 mm cancellous and 4.5 mm cortical screws to enhance fixation stability.
  • Versatile Surgical Approaches: Compatible with both deltopectoral and deltoid-splitting approaches, allowing flexible surgical access.
  • Anatomical Design: Precisely matches the curvature of the humeral head, with uniform versions available for both left and right sides.
  • Integrated Fixation Options: Includes elongated holes for intra-operative adjustments, and multiple fixation holes for Kirschner wires and rotator cuff refixation.
