UroShield is composed of two components namely,
- Disposable clip – to attach to the catheter and must be disposed of along with the catheter.

Working and Use
The ultrasonic waves from the clip form an acoustic shield on the catheter surface to disrupt the bacterial attachment prevents biofilm formation which leads to the elimination of antibiotics need.
